Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition coaching is the process of implementing dietary change that supports sustainable, positive eating habits, whilst simultaneously supporting your health and weight related goals.

Here there is a focus on developing a personalised eating model that fits with your lifestyle and health goals, whilst simultaneously working through the behavioural changes required to cement these habits within busy lives.

Susie has a special interest in weight loss; the dietary management of insulin resistance and eating for peri-menopause and offers a 12-session program for these dietary goals.


During these sessions you will:

  • Have 12 personal nutrition coaching sessions via ZOOM with Susie
  • Have daily access to Susie for feedback, support and guidance
  • Have an individually designed meal plan that is adjusted to help you reach your dietary goals over the 12 sessions

Susie also has a number of associates on board who are able to offer one off or shorter term programs for a range of other dietary areas including IBS and other clinical conditions, as well as general dietary advice.
